{"id":61,"date":"2015-07-27T00:24:40","date_gmt":"2015-07-26T16:24:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/goyuwei.com\/blog\/?p=61"},"modified":"2015-08-02T20:50:06","modified_gmt":"2015-08-02T12:50:06","slug":"journal-27072015-exercise","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/goyuwei.com\/blog\/?p=61","title":{"rendered":"Journal &#8211; 27\/07\/2015 &#8211; Exercise"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Due to the crowd in university\u00a0narrow dormitory <del>and lazy<\/del>\uff0c I could almost count the exercise times by hands during my academic years.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, I&#8217;ve learned soccer, cricket, Tai chi and\u00a0wheel skating in PE classes in first two years (each term you can choose different elective projects).\u00a0Ain&#8217;t good for nothing.<\/p>\n<p><del>No enough for those who want to be beefcake<\/del> :\u00a0)\u00a0So I&#8217;ve started my sport\u00a0plan this summer.<\/p>\n<p>Any kind of sports are accepted for me except\u00a0long distance running which is common endurance exercise. There is no\u00a0sense of speed even I am exhausted\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>I rode to school during 6 high school years and 4 university years, I am really enjoy biking.\u00a0So I decided to get a bike for endurance training. A MERIDA DUKE 600\u00a0cross country bike came to me\u00a0when I saved enough\u00a0petty cash in 2014. And now my\u00a0cycling route is about 12 km\u00a0which\u00a0is finished in 30 min.<\/p>\n<p>Also, there is a set\u00a0of\u00a0strength training equipment for indoor\u00a0exercise.<\/p>\n<p>Frankly, I&#8217;ve kept my weight\u00a0balance to height for couple years.
