Handed up graduation design drawings and thesis files, now it’s time to waiting for graduation.

Mailed clothes and books home by China postal parcel, you will think it is so cheap when i yell you 2000+km 41kg cost me only 120 RMB.

About the site, i change the theme of gallery because the < Adirondack > has no slideshow effect. And the new one called <Panaroma> shows “Sliding doors” on its front page.

I setup WP plugin <wp-jquery-lightbox> to give gallery the flat lightbox.

There are still two points to deal with:

1. Theme <Panaroma> seems to use excessive network resources, and the page is hard to load.
2. The best size (bigger length&width and smaller file size) of images should be test out and write down as standard.

I have my word, write diary in English as possible as I can.

After my thesis defense this week, I have some corrections of my thesis and drawings to finish. Not much work at weekend.So I spent few time to promote the website’s friendliness to mobile devices.

1. Original WP engine has no abstract , and the articles are completely posted in front page. It is wasting data stream of mobile devices. The problem has been solved by WP plugin “WP-UTF8-Excerpt”.
2. Create a mobile homepage named “index_m.html” . I just made a lightweight  homepage by deleting images, useless sentences and buttons with the original homepage”Volton”.

前一周一直在弄毕设最后的细节修改，天天早出晚归，不是在教室就是在办公室……所以站点的建设也完全暂停给正事让路。

这周五终于把毕设材料交上去审了，周末也终于有空继续推进小站建设。

本次主要的工作是给blog和gallery套用模板终于不是裸奔了。为了避免侵权风险，用中文搜索到比较中意的几个主题以后，专门找到模板最早的发布地点，确认是free的才下载，为了表明出处并向作者致敬，在屏风的About里也注明了主题名称并设置了超链接。

blog用的模板叫showy，两栏式，足够简约，在设置的时候我也没有添加太多的小工具，所以基本上算一栏式了。gallery既然取了这个名字，而且用另外一套wp搭建，就是专门做图片展示的，所以主题也按首页布满图片式的展示型主题来检索，最后发现了这个叫Adirondack的主题，扁平，布满图片，适当的动态效果，劲~

和屏风按照个人的一些想法作了修改不同，blog和gallery基本上满足之前给自己定的要求“风格大致统一其实原来说的是一致啊喂”，效果也足够满意（够扁平，够简约），就没有作修改，直接套用根本还是因为目前还不会改WP主题←_←。

屏风完成最后的小修小改，用自己拍的图片替换掉了模板原来自带的（后文会专门介绍）。在页末的about里注上了一些必要的信息和版权声明。最后按照“主版本号 . 子版本号 [ 修正版本号 [. 编译版本号 ]]”的格式随便定了个本次建设完成后的站点版本号1.0.0.6

回到文章本身，取名叫“周记”。

其实小学时就很厌恶老师布置的日记、周记一类，所以生活中除了随身带的记事本，也就没有什么记录周遭的东西了。重拾“周记”这个工具，仅仅希望能利用这个站点，每周都写点东西，提醒提醒，做了什么没做什么。不要再像过去几年，囫囵度过周末，前一周的决心，前一周的懒惰，就在周末勾销，下周轮回。淦，日子不能这么过。

整个站点都使用英文主题，主要是希望自己不要丢了英语。下周周记用英文写吧。

前文说了，替换模板的图片都是自己拍的，总归要解释出处，免得被误以为又是网上随便找来。
