Journal – 27/07/2015 – Exercise

Due to the crowd in university narrow dormitory and lazy, I could almost count the exercise times by hands during my academic years.

In fact, I’ve learned soccer, cricket, Tai chi and wheel skating in PE classes in first two years (each term you can choose different elective projects). Ain’t good for nothing.

No enough for those who want to be beefcake : ) So I’ve started my sport plan this summer.

Any kind of sports are accepted for me except long distance running which is common endurance exercise. There is no sense of speed even I am exhausted !

I rode to school during 6 high school years and 4 university years, I am really enjoy biking. So I decided to get a bike for endurance training. A MERIDA DUKE 600 cross country bike came to me when I saved enough petty cash in 2014. And now my cycling route is about 12 km which is finished in 30 min.

Also, there is a set of strength training equipment for indoor exercise.

Frankly, I’ve kept my weight balance to height for couple years. And sport plan is all for keep fit and make my weight-height balance continuous.
