Journal – 16/08/2015 – Star Tracks, Copyright Logo, Pics Standard – 星轨, 版权标志, 图片标准

近几日所在的城市天气比较晴，夜晚在市区也能看到不少星星，就勾起了以前拍星轨的愿望。恰巧手头又有能够全手动设定的相机以及定时拍摄必备的快门线。另外，画廊还缺个图片用的版权标志，需要一幅深底色的照片配合测试。星轨照片挺合适，说干就干。

使用佳能G15卡片机的M档，设定快门为1秒，光圈f2.8，感光度ISO80（佳能G15在长曝光设定下只能使用ISO80，不能使用高感），使用快门线每20秒拍一张，总共拍了59张。然后使用<Startrails>软件合成为星轨照片，最后使用Lightroom微调色彩等参数。得到效果不错的试验品。（成品图片戳这查看）

最后也决定了版权标志的设计，比较简单，就是C标+LOGO+网址，文字字体是TechnicLite，样式如图：

另外，也确定了画廊图片的基本尺寸标准。尺寸为1200*800像素（3:2的边幅现在比较主流），文件不大于300k。这样既能保证画质，又能节省站点空间。

 

The sky was really clear last night because of heavy rain yesterday. Stars were visible to the naked eyes. An idea of star tracks photography occur to me. (I had thought of it for long.)

Luckily, I’ve got a Canon G15 camera with M(anual) model and a timer remote controller(electronic cable shutter). Those two are necessary for time-lapse photography. After all, I need a pic in dark background for testing copyright logo.

By the M model, shutter was set in 1 sec, aperture was f/2.8, sensitivity was ISO 80 (Canon G15 can not set high ISO by the low speed shutter). 59 pics was shot in every 20 sec. The program ‘Startrails’ was used to process pics in one photo which is ‘star tracks’. After PS with color and brightness, I’ve got a nice one. (Click For Photo)

The copyright logo design was also decided (As Fig.1). A simple combination of C(opyright) symble, site logo and site address. Font style is TechnicLite.

By the way, upload photos would be under the standard for balance between quality and storage space saving. Margins will be 1200pix * 800pix (3*2 is popular style). Each files should be limited under 300kb.

Journal – 09/08/2015 – Web Library – 网页图书馆

打算给个人站点增加些功能，原来有考虑过微博、轻量级论坛等，最终还是决定做一个网页图书馆。贴一些自己看过的书、打算看的书还有被推荐及自己推荐的书的基本信息。

搜索了一些wiki引擎、个人知识管理引擎，功能强的有挺多，可惜界面不是太好看，而且对php+mySQL类主机的支持感觉不是很便捷(当然也因为自己还没搞懂足够的web技术)。结果到头来还是用WordPress做引擎，利用WP的树形导航插件做目录树，实现图书馆的图书分类，计划是每一篇博客当做一本书的简介标签。

图书馆比较重要的东西就是图书分类法。刚读本科的时候就了解到了中国图书分类法(Chinese Library Classification，CLC)，加上自己电脑里用“先锋图书馆管理系统”搭建的个人图书库用的也是中图法，所以一开始考虑就这么弄了。但是想想文献检索这事还是国际通用点好，所以去了解了一下国际十进分类法(Universal Decimal Classification,UDC)，觉得还行。可是感觉UDC对工程类书籍的分类不如CLC来的详细，所以最后录入图书信息的时候再决定用哪种分类法。

目前还有针对图书馆进行两个功能强化的打算。

一个是学习点脚本一类的东西，这样就可以把我本地书库的目录信息xls表内容自动输出为每本书的信息表格，便于把书目信息录入网页图书馆。

二是找点树状目录的web代码，做个CLC还有UDC的完整目录树，放在单独的网页里，从图书馆链接出去，方便查询完整的图书分类。

 

I decided to add extra function to the site, micro-blog and light-forum were taking into account. But I built a web library finally. So that I can post basic information of books I have read, books I plan to read and books I recommend.

I search for some wiki engine and personal-knowledge management engine. Maybe some of them are powerful, but they are too complicated to run or had bad UI appearance. I turn to WordPress again. A WP tree navigation plugin is used to function directory tree. And each book’s introduction will be single blog post.

Decimal classification is the foundation of a library. In early time of my bachelor years, I have taught about Chinese Library Classification (CLC). During the academic years, I collected basic information of books I read by using a program called ‘XianFeng Library Management System’ in my laptop, and the program is based on CLC. But for internationalization, I learn something about Universal Decimal Classification (UDC) from internet. UDC is not perfect, it has no enough detail about engineering book compared with CLC. So I will not decide the classification type until I have time to input books information to the library.

There are two function on the list of library construction.

Learn something about automated output script, and I can make information table for each book by input the book list database.

Searching for some web code of directory tree, and build a page including complete CLC and UDC tree which linked from the library. It will be convenient that guests can check  CLC and UDC easily.

Journal – 02/08/2015 – bilingual blog, eBook, .epub files, Calibre – 双语博文,电子书,.epub文件,Calibre格式转换器

自此文开始还是双语写作吧。

之前的文章要么纯汉语，要么纯英语，对读者太不友好。

最近为了提升英语找了些电子书看，一些英文闲书，也顺带找了些聊以趣味的杂书，可惜都只有.epub格式的文件下载，之前从未碰到这个格式，手头的几个设备也都没有能阅读的软件，搜一搜吧。恩，搜到一个<Calibre>。内嵌多种语言，包括简汉。

觉得Calibre挺好的原因是可以完整读取电子书格式的种类足够多，如图1。

当然最赞的是Calibre可以完整读取这些电子书文件的元数据，包括作者、出版商、目录等等内嵌信息，在转换格式的时候也能保留、输出。而且转换输出的设置项目丰富，尤其是页面设置。

最后我把下载到的书都转成了pdf，基本上是台有屏幕的设备都能读取。赞。

 

(English Version)

To improve my English these days, I searched for some free English books and collected dozen interesting books which are eBooks. But the problem is that they are .epub files. Electronic equipment I have can’t read that kind of files.

Then I investigate a reader or transformer for them. A program called Calibre came to me. It is a free software which support varieties of language including Simplified Chinese.

The most impressive thing is Calibre can read most kinds of eBook files as Fig.1.

And I was amazed by its transform function. Calibre will input original data such as title, author, publisher those insert with eBook files. Output files will carry these original data after transform.

Also, rich settings of page setup is awesome !

Finally I convert my books in PDF files which is supporting by most equipment.

Journal – 27/07/2015 – Exercise

Due to the crowd in university narrow dormitory and lazy， I could almost count the exercise times by hands during my academic years.

In fact, I’ve learned soccer, cricket, Tai chi and wheel skating in PE classes in first two years (each term you can choose different elective projects). Ain’t good for nothing.

No enough for those who want to be beefcake : ) So I’ve started my sport plan this summer.

Any kind of sports are accepted for me except long distance running which is common endurance exercise. There is no sense of speed even I am exhausted !

I rode to school during 6 high school years and 4 university years, I am really enjoy biking. So I decided to get a bike for endurance training. A MERIDA DUKE 600 cross country bike came to me when I saved enough petty cash in 2014. And now my cycling route is about 12 km which is finished in 30 min.

Also, there is a set of strength training equipment for indoor exercise.

Frankly, I’ve kept my weight balance to height for couple years. And sport plan is all for keep fit and make my weight-height balance continuous.

 

Journal – 19/07/2015 – WP移动设备插件，WP登录循环重定向，缺少临时文件夹

其实前两周开始就有更重要的事要做，站点建设与优化也就完全停止了，近段时间到未来的个把月还是专心做正事。所以如标题所述，这次周记主要按照回忆记录一下早前站点建设的内容，而且2.0发布日志里也说过要记录一下更新过程中遇到的大问题。

首先是WP的移动设备访问插件。

画廊的主题更换为Minimatica以后，PC端的表现不错的，就是对移动设备不太友好，没有针对小屏设备优化过的界面和效果。

所以给画廊的WP装了个<Any Mobile Theme Switcher>的插件，主要作用是在移动设备访问的时候，导向另一个WP主题，实现专门的移动设备访问。

由于最早使用的Adirondack主题对移动设备比较友好，扁平和拼图平铺的效果比较适合移动设备访问，所以利用Theme Switcher插件，在PC、IPad、AndroidPad等大屏设备访问时以Minimatica主题显示画廊，当使用IPhone、Androidphone等小屏设备访问时，以Adirondack主题显示。

 

第二个是更新主题时遇到的问题，当时打算上传下载到的免费主题，再上传几个不错的插件，上传100%后显示“缺少临时文件夹”。

当时检索了很多解决办法，这些办法指出似乎是访问权限的问题，因为网站根目录是有tmp文件夹的，需要修改网站的php.ini。后来用一个土办法解决了，就是在WP站点目录里自己建了个tmp文件夹……解决。

 

版本更新中遇到的最大问题是WP后台登录进入循环重定向，具体特征就是输入的管理员账户、密码正确，在单击登录按钮以后再次载入到登录页面，进入死循环。

检索很多方法，主要都是下面这张思路：

修改/wp-includes/pluggable.php中的语句：

setcookie($auth_cookie_name, $auth_cookie, $expire, ADMIN_COOKIE_PATH, COOKIE_DOMAIN, $secure, true);

修改为：

setcookie($auth_cookie_name, $auth_cookie, $expire, SITECOOKIEPATH, COOKIE_DOMAIN, $secure, true);

可我试用此方法后依旧不能解决，最后找到一篇比较靠谱的文章，按照其中的第一种方法（原方法是用/** **/禁用掉相应代码，我干脆将需要禁用的代码删掉了）。

摘录我使用的方法一的内容：

找到wp-include文件夹下的template-loader.php文件，使用/**代码**/注释掉第六行和第七行

登录循环重定向问题解决。

正事颇为紧张，还是先做正经事要紧。况且站点2.0上线了，也没什么大小修补了，这儿的事就搁一搁，每周写写周记就行。
